CS Manjunath S is a Practising Company Secretary and Insolvency Professional with over twelve years of professional experience in corporate laws, securities regulations, and insolvency practice. He holds a Master of Financial Management from the University of Mysore and a Master of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
In addition, he is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, enabling him to handle complex restructuring, resolution, and liquidation assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Insolvency Practice
His insolvency practice covers a wide range of services, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP) for MSMEs, voluntary liquidation, and compulsory liquidation. With a strong emphasis on transparency, ethics, and compliance, he works with financial creditors, operational creditors, and corporate debtors to achieve effective resolution in a time-bound manner.

Alongside his professional practice, Manjunath has always maintained a strong passion for teaching and knowledge sharing. He has worked as a guest lecturer at Mahajana Degree College, Mahajana MBA Post Graduation Centre, VTU Regional Office in Mysore, and St. Philomena's Post Graduate Centre. Over the years, he has delivered lectures and seminars on corporate laws, securities laws, corporate governance, and investor protection, addressing both students and professionals. His ability to simplify complex legal concepts and link them with practical application has made him a sought-after speaker in academic and professional forums.
Corporate & Leadership
His corporate journey began as a Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters in Bangalore, where he gained first-hand exposure to financial services and capital markets. This experience laid a strong foundation for his consulting career and sharpened his analytical approach to business governance and compliance.
Since then, he has built his independent practice as a Company Secretary, where he continues to support businesses of all sizes with compliance, governance, and advisory services. His tenure as Chairman of the ICSI Mysore Chapter in 2017–18 further reflects his leadership and commitment to the profession.
Versatility Beyond Law
Beyond corporate practice, Manjunath is also passionate about agriculture, with over three years of experience in cultivating crops such as sugarcane, banana, and paddy. While this remains a personal pursuit, it reflects his dedication and versatility outside the professional domain.
